What is Driplee, in plain English?
A property management CRM built by property managers for property managers. Contacts and tags kick off email automations, AppFolio CSV imports feed move-outs and inspections, so follow-ups and turnover don’t live in spreadsheets.
Does Driplee replace AppFolio?
No. Keep AppFolio as your system of record. Driplee works with AppFolio by importing the property and work-order CSVs you already export — then runs the email and turnover workflows AppFolio wasn’t built to own. Manual import and clear are free. Live sync would need AppFolio Stack (or your PMS API) and isn’t enabled yet.
How do the email automations actually work?
Tag someone Hot Lead, Move Out, Water Softener, and so on. Turn that automation On. Driplee sends the series on your schedule, from your domain, under your name. Home shows opens, sends, and unsubscribes so you know what’s working.
