5. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run Driplee, such as:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. We do not share customer content with other Driplee customers.
6. Email, unsubscribes, and your campaigns
When Driplee sends email on your behalf, you are responsible for the content, recipients, and compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws (including providing accurate identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism where required).
For Driplee’s own marketing emails to you, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email or by contacting support@driplee.com. Transactional emails about your account may still be sent.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, and preferences. If we add analytics or advertising cookies (for example Google Ads or Meta Pixel), we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent or notice mechanism.
8. Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and accounting purposes. Customer content generally remains until you delete it or close your account, subject to backups and legal holds. Brochure lead data is kept as needed to fulfill the request and manage opt-outs.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and limit access to your seats.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing.
- Account users can update many profile fields in Settings
- Billing can be managed through Stripe’s customer portal where enabled
- To request access, deletion, or other privacy help, email support@driplee.com
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we disclose that practice and offer required opt-outs.
If you are in the EEA/UK and GDPR applies, our legal bases typically include contract performance, legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), and consent where required (for example certain marketing).

Driplee is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. If you access Driplee from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
